He has been involved in the design and project management of complex projects in difficult ground and surrounding environments where his hands-on engineering nature and keen interest in being actively involved has helped to look after the quality of the developed solutions.

Adrian has acted as an expert witness on numerous problem projects associated with industrial buildings, concrete floors and concrete structures where his extensive knowledge of the design process has contributed to successful outcomes.

Adrian heads the civil engineering side of Norder and is extensively involved in the research and development of concrete products.

Richard is a Chartered Engineer with over 20 years’ experience in Civil and Structural design. Richard heads up the building structures aspect of Norder’s business where he looks after small to £multimillion projects. Richard has specific experience in the design of complex engineering structures in high tech environments where aspects such as vibration, noise attenuation, and ultra high levels of cleanliness have to be achieved and maintained. This is benefitted by a keen understanding of structural behaviour coupled with extensive experience on how the fabric of a building needs to be detailed and assembled.

Richard’s hands on and proactive way of developing project designs helps to ensure that the complexities of each project are well understood and then resolved. By this approach, from extensive experience, Richard has been able to achieve successful projects in high tech, high expectation environments.

Tim is a professional Chartered Architect with over 20 years’ experience. Highly competent in all aspects of client management. Extensive project, people and business management skills.

Fully involved in securing new business, fee proposals, monitoring budgets, risk management, staff management, controlling QA standards and managing regulatory requirements.

Peter is a Chartered Engineer with over 30 years experience in the industry. Peter has been responsible for civil and structural engineering on a range of projects in both public and private sectors.

This includes frameworks and partnering agreements in education, healthcare , residential, commercial. transportation and industrial sectors.

Martin is a Chartered Civil Engineer with 30 years technical and managerial experience gained through accomplishments within the power generation, rail, manufacturing, education, health and defence sectors.

Martin successfully manages all aspects of the project life cycle of international civil engineering projects.

Alex is a Chartered Civil Engineer with over 20 years’ experience in transportation infrastructure. Alex has extensive knowledge and
experience of airport, industrial, port and highway pavements planning, design and evaluation.

Many highway and airport clients continually call upon Alex’s extensive experience to advise on
how best to develop major capital pavement projects whilst maintaining maximum operability of the
asset and achieving efficient pavement management strategies.

Phil brings 34 years’ experience as a Chartered Building Surveyor working both on UK and International Projects. He is recognised for his technical expertise and is a member of the RICS Fire Working Group advising the Grenfell Inquiry and Building Regulation reform. He provides Expert services as part of a dispute team concentrating on Building Pathology, Defects and Construction Practice.

Irene is a talented Accountant with 40 years experience working for SME’s in Industry and professional practices such as accountants & Law firms.

Irene successfully manages all aspects of accounting and financial operations combined with the duties as Company Secretary.
