Norder have always recognised the importance of an integrated approach to the design of building and engineering projects and, within that process, the pivotal role of the Architect and Architecture, often central to the activities of the Design Team.
Architectural Design, bringing together the many elements and disciplines involved with the evolution of a project, may often be the making of a successful outcome. For many years, in order to ensure this involvement at the appropriate stage and with good response time on fast tracking project work, Norder have maintained the capacity to provide this element of the Design Team disciplines from within their own organisation.
This is currently a key strength of Norder and their in-house team can bring the skills of the Architect, Architectural Technologist and visual designer to the process of building, civil and structural engineering.
The vision, imagination and creative thinking we provide can bring about outcomes that have great flair, while being firmly anchored in the real world of practicality, affordability and constructability within target timescales.
Our Architectural Team has a broad ranging base of project design and management skills, but also of developed abilities to combine and integrate the varying requirements of complex project needs into a properly coordinated design and construction outcome.
Services from initial feasibility studies and design work, through Planning Application and negotiation, to Building Regulations processing and on to site construction and completion stages, all benefit from the Architectural Services that Norder are able to provide to a construction development project – helping our clients to go from early stage visualisation to completed building with confidence.
