Norder are an accredited RIBA Client Adviser – registered as such with the RIBA. An RIBA Client Adviser is an independent, accredited expert who champions the client’s interests throughout a construction project. They maximize project value, shape the strategic brief, and manage procurement without taking on the role of the designer.
The traditional role of the architect is changing, especially with Design and Build routes, as the Building Safety Act pushes more towards client control and away from contractor control. It’s important to strengthen the client team with independent expert advisers from the earliest stages to maintain the quality, value, sustainability and lifecycle of a project.
